• To ensure a healthful environment for our clients no smoking is permitted in the salon. Outside areas are provided.
• Should a cancellation be necessary, please call us a minimum of 24 hours in advance. However our Spa Day Packages require a 48 hour notice of cancellation or we must charge 50% of services .  Deposit is required on all packages.
• Gift certificates are nonrefundable. Gift certificate services may be substituted.
• Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your beauty services.  We ask you to please be on time.
• Due to the complexity of scheduling packages, there may be a short waiting period between services. Take this time to enjoy a refreshment and magazine or just sit and relax.
• We recommend that clients schedule their next color, haircut, perm, manicure, facial or massage prior to leaving to ensure you a convenient time and day.
• If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member please let us know. We are professionals and are happy to have clients work with all staff members.
• All prices are subject to change and gratuities are not included. (10% is customary.
• We accept MasterCard, Visa and ATM Debit Cards.
• Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. We can not be responsible.
• Smocks are provided for your protection. We are not responsible for stained clothing.
• A special note for check-in: If it is your first time to visit T’nT or if you’re having a massage, facial or body treatment, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before appointment time to check-in and change.
• Children: Our goal is to create a relaxing environment for each of you. The products used can be of danger to small children if swallowed or rubbed in eyes. Children are not permitted in the Spa unless they are having a service. Therefore, please make other arrangements for small children. This will allow you and others to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.
• Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. No refunds can be made on certificates. Gift Certificates must be presented before services. If the certificate is lost or stolen, a receipt must be presented for reissue.
• T’nT extends a 10% senior citizens discount on all services, 60 years and up.
• One discount per person, per day please.
